Living in America: a DTLA July 4TH BBQ!

BUNKER HILL TOWERS. 222 SOUTH FIGUEROA ST.
TIME:
BBQ = NOON - 7PM.
HOUSE PARTY 7PM - 11PM (ROOFTOP FIREWORKS AT 9PM)
MENU:
BBQ WINGS. GRILLED VEGGIES, GRILLED BEEF BURGERS, GRILLED VEGAN BURGERS, GRILLED FISH, DRINKS.
WHAT TO BRING:
Something to share. If you want to put something on the grill, a drink in the cooler, your Auntie's mac & cheese, a game to play, & good vibes to share, please do!
***PARKING***
Parking is limited in Downtown LA in general, therefore, we suggest using Uber, Lyft, Hitchhiking, Skateboarding, Bike Riding, Speed Walking, or Teleporting rather than driving. If you do choose to drive, there is free parking on 2nd St and 4th street nearby. There is also a parking garage on 3rd & Figueroa that has a flat $7 fee.
ARRIVAL + DIRECTIONS:
the Bunker Hill Towers Apartments IS LOCATED ON S. Figueroa St. in between 2nd ST & 3rd St.
You will have to take a staircase to the plaza level where the BBQ area is located.
The staircase is located on the corner of 3rd St and S. Figueroa St.
IF YOU GET LOST go to the security booth and the security guard will direct you to the BBQ area.
The hosts will be hosting and BBQing at the grill and our phones will be playing music so we may not be able to walk you through the step by step directions of how to get to the BBQ area.
THE BBQ AREA:
SWIMWEAR OPTION & POST BBQ HOUSE PARTY:
The swimming pool area is strict, but we do have access to it if a few of you want to go in small numbers at a time. We're shutting down the BBQ PROMPTLY at 7pm and bringing the party upstairs to the Penthouse and the jacuzzi as well if you want to stick around for a bit to keep the party going. Just an option. We’ll also watch the fireworks on the rooftop at 9pm.
